Skip Bayless, Your Moron Is Showing

I posted a while back about Skip Bayless needing to man up and admit he was wrong. At the time he was calling the move by Tom Coughlin to play his full staff against the Ptriots in the final week of the season the "worst regular season decision ever".

Look I guess if you don't want to admit you're wrong after they reeled off 3 straight road victories. I guess that is your prerogative. But now that we have the complete results in hand and the Giants took it all the way, you just can't continue to say it was a bad decision.

He was literally up screaming at the other two hosts, banging his hand on his desk. Douche, complete douche. The louder he screams he wasn't wrong, the more I a hear him compensating.

I have no respect for Bayless after this whole sorry episode (not that I had much to begin with). I couldn't agree with you more on this issue. I'm not a Giants fan or anything, just looking for some honest analysis when I tune into ESPN (something that is sorrily lacking over the last few years). The fact that Bayless is still gainfully employed as an "expert" analyst after his refusal to face facts and admit his mistake is a head scratcher. How can anyone trust this guy's opinion if he is so pig-headed in the face of being proved incorrect. Hey it happens. Nobody's perfect, just ask the Pats.

Yeah, I saw what you were talking about and I had the exact same thoughts at the time. How bad of a coaching decision could it be if four post-season wins followed? Certainly not the dumbest move in coaching like he kept desperately trying to make it out to be.
